MTV Inc. started in 1992, as a DIRECTV Authorized Dealer for Lodging & Institutions. Today, it has spread its operation across various market segments and is serving Bars, Restaurants, Mobile Homes, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitals and Nursing Homes, Senior Housing, Multi-Dwelling Units (Apartment and Condos), Government Facilities, Jails and Correction Facilities as well as Residential Markets.
Apart from DIRECTV Satellite Television, MTV Inc. also do Wired and Wireless Internet, Cabling for Voice, Video & Data, Video Surveillance Systems, Phone Systems, Voicemail, Answering Systems, Fire Alarms, Energy Management Systems and more. MTV has expanded to markets beyond its home state of California and now has clients all over the US. Its two subsidiary units are doing business as DIRECTSAT and A1 SATELLITE.
